This beautiful land of ours is turning 150 today!! I am a very proud Canadian, I love everything about my country and can’t wait to continue exploring it.

I discovered so many things that I could do for free which fit into my budget really well. This is a great city for someone strapped for cash, as most of the main attractions are free to visit. Thoughts from My First Solo Trip

This past year I have felt this deep sense of yearning to explore, to visit places I have read about and heard people talk about and to see things I’ve only dreamt about. I have this feeling that I am so small and the world is so large. I sense that the only way for me to grow into myself is to travel and learn all there is to learn. I am truly wanderlusted.

A Night at the Theatre on a Budget

Confession time: I LOVE musical theatre! I think part of my obsession with NYC stems from this… maybe? Anyways, I wanted to write a quick post about a fantastic little hole in the wall theatre in Toronto. I live about an hour and a half south of Toronto so it is a pretty easy day trip for me. I will often drive up to see shows (and visit my wonderful cousin).
